Step 1: How to Claim Your Polospin Birthday Bonus
To start, log into your existing account at polospin.eu.com on the day of your birthday. The offer is typically credited automatically between 08:00 and 12:00 UTC, provided you have completed your account verification at least 48 hours prior. Open the “My Bonuses” tab in your account dashboard; the reward will appear as a pending bonus with a 7-day expiry. If it does not show by 13:00 UTC, contact customer support via live chat and reference your account registration date.
What You Actually Get: Bonus Amount and Free Spins
The Polospin Birthday Bonus consists of two parts. First, a 100% deposit match up to €50 (minimum deposit €10) plus 30 free spins on the slot “Big Bass Bonanza.” Second, loyal players who have made at least five deposits in the preceding 90 days receive an additional €10 no-deposit bonus — credited directly to their account without requiring a deposit. The free spins carry a fixed value of €0.10 per spin, giving a total free-spin value of €3. RTP on the selected slot is 96.71%.
Documents Required for Verification
Before the bonus lands, ensure your account is fully verified. Below is a table of the required documentation and their purposes:
| Document Type | Purpose | Typical Processing Time |
|---|---|---|
| Government-issued photo ID (passport or driving licence) | Confirm identity and age (minimum 18) | Up to 24 hours |
| Utility bill or bank statement (dated within 3 months) | Verify residential address | Up to 24 hours |
| Proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet or card photo) | Validate deposit method for withdrawals | Up to 48 hours |
Submit all three documents in a single ticket through the “Verification” section. Incomplete submissions can delay the bonus credit by several days.
Wagering Requirements and Withdrawal Limits
The deposit-match bonus carries a 35x wagering requirement on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit. For example, if you deposit €10 and receive a €10 bonus, you must wager €350 before any winnings become withdrawable. Free spins winnings are subject to the same 35x requirement. Maximum withdrawal from the no-deposit €10 bonus is capped at €50. Payment methods eligible for bonus play include Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, and Neteller. Withdrawals process within 3-5 business days for e-wallets and 5-7 banking days for cards. The Polospin bonus terms explicitly state that deposits via cryptocurrency are excluded from this offer.
- Min deposit for match bonus: €10
- Max match bonus amount: €50
- Free spins count: 30 (value €0.10 each)
- Wagering requirement: 35x on bonus amount

Common Problems and How to Fix Them
Three issues appear most often. First, the bonus not triggering — this usually happens if your account was created less than 30 days before your birthday. The Polospin casino policy requires your account to be at least 30 days old. Second, free spins not appearing — check your bonus history; they load under “Active Spins” and must be used within 24 hours of being credited. Third, if you receive the no-deposit bonus but cannot activate it, you may have an active withdrawal request pending. Cancel the withdrawal first, then claim the bonus. If problems persist, the live chat team typically resolves these within 15 minutes.
Final Tips for Maximizing the Offer
To get the most from this bonus, plan your deposit on the morning of your birthday — server time is Central European Time. Play the free spins on “Big Bass Bonanza” with maximum lines active, as this increases your chance of triggering the bonus round. Remember that the Polospin no deposit portion of the reward does not require any payment, but you must have a verified account. If you are a high-volume player, the VIP team may add extra free spins manually within 48 hours of your birthday. Check your email and account notifications for any additional Polospin promo code offers that are sometimes sent alongside the standard birthday gift. Visiting polospin.eu.com directly on the day ensures you see the latest terms and any last-minute updates.
